These terms govern your purchase and use of the PhoneFarmCloud course and community. By purchasing, you agree to them.
A one-time payment of $197 gives you lifetime access to the course modules as they exist at purchase and as they are updated, plus 30 days of access to the operator community.
After your first 30 days, community access continues at $97 per month unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account, effective at the end of the current billing period. Cancelling the community does not remove your access to the course.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@phonefarmcloud.com. No call and no form is required. On refund, access to the course and community ends.
Your access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login, redistribute the material, or resell it in whole or in part. We may terminate access without refund for sharing credentials or redistributing content.
We remove members, without refund of the subscription, for harassment, spam, selling to other members without permission, or sharing material from the course outside it.
The course is educational. We make no representation that you will achieve any particular reach, revenue, or income. See our earnings disclaimer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the course or community is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost accounts, or indirect or consequential loss.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active members by email before they take effect.
